But Like Other Public Institution It May Commit Mistake Which Causes Damages For Beneficiaries OF This Institution. Then It Stands To Compensent This Damage For Those Victims, And Its Reponsiblity Will Decide According To What It Reachs To It The Opinions, And Developed On State Reponsiblity As General.
