Abstract
Texts that are compatible with the provisions of the International Bill of Human Rights and aim at equality between men and women and do not distinguish between them, in addition to texts that do not comply with these principles due to their violation of the provisions of Islamic Sharia, which are the source of this law, and it is stipulated in Paragraph (1 / a) From Article (2) of the Iraqi Constitution of 2005, which does not allow the enactment of a law that contradicts the fundamentals of the provisions of Islam.
