AbstractBecause of technological advances the importance of media has escalated in shaping the world public opinion and drawing international policies so that media has got a role in peace and another in war. Its role is being implemented at two levels: the level of front fighting in the battlefield, and the second level: human minds and hearts through propaganda and psychological warfare.
