Abstract
AbstractNon-African illegal immigration has become one of the main topics that the European Union shed because of the ever-increasing number of migrants to Europe, and this coincided with the economic crisis experienced by the European Union, as there has become a probability of entry of terrorist elements to Europe through illegal immigration, prompting Union EU to adopt a draft UN resolution to deal with illegal immigration, through the use of military force, of after obtaining a mandate from the United Nations to this decision, and despite the criticisms and obstacles that have been raised about this decision, but the UN Security Council passed this resolution, valid for a year, and the scope of the Libyan coast in particular.
