Indeed, the government is presenting its program to the parliament at the beginning of each parliamentary session and when it is formed. For the next year, that supervision according to this concept is one of the most important parliamentary tools in diagnosing the imbalance that causes the failure of the government program, as parliamentary oversight is focused in one form aimed at the optimal use of resources and the preservation of public money from wasteful and wasteful.
