In search in our hands ; we will try to answer some questions , first and foremost : Do Muslims knew diplomatic immunities ? In order to satisfy the topic discussed ; was divided search to Mbgesin essential, taking the first two diplomatic immunities under international law , " positive " , and ensure the second section extending diplomatic immunities under international law "Islamic" , which included first section three demands , eat first : the definition diplomatic immunity , and the second : historical depth of diplomatic immunity and the legal basis and the third : Types of diplomatic immunities ..
